Courier Delivery Days:

• Monday – Friday

All orders are processed until 11:00pm Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 11:00pm will be processed the following business day. If placed after 11pm on a Friday, your order will be treated as if received on the following Monday.

• We do not process or courier orders on Weekends or Public Holidays. 
• Orders with a rural destination placed after 11pm on a Thursday will be processed the following Monday.
• Order handling time – 1-2 Business Days
  Transit time – 3-4 Business Days

Low flat rate shipping New Zealand wide…only $8 per order. 

For all orders, Profine Food Stores charges a $8.00 (incl GST) shipping fee. No matter how many items are in your cart!

Shipping to Australia

There is a flat rate of $15.00 (incl GST) for all items shipped to Australia. No matter how many items are in your cart!

Shipping Internationally

If you would like to receive Profine Food Stores products in countries other than New Zealand & Australia, please email us at contact@trufflenz.co.nz with your enquiry and we will provide a custom shipping quote where possible.
