• When you submit an order to Profine Food Stores, you are offering to purchase those items set out in your order.
• Profine Food Stores reserves the right to cancel those orders if believes to be counterfeit.
- Profine Food Stores can only accept responsibility where a delivery option requires a signature. All orders will be shipped with signature required courier service.
• All Profine Food Stores products sold on this website are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Payments will be processed in NZD.
• If the merchandise or goods are found to be damaged or faulty upon receipt, Profine Food Stores will offer a replacement or a refund subject to conditions:
a) Notice that goods found to be damaged must be made not later than 72 hours after receipt or delivery.
b) Damaged goods must be returned to Profine Food Stores no later than ten (10) days from receipt of goods and must be returned in a professional manner i.e. the merchandise or goods must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
c) Profine Food Stores will not be held responsible for late delivery of merchandise or goods.
While we at Profine Food Stores make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is up to date and accurate, we cannot give any guarantees, agreements or warranties in relation to the accuracy of the information presented. All product images represent an accurate portrayal of the stock at the time of publishing but are subject to change without notice. Care is taken to make certain that product pricing is up to date and accurate at the time of uploading. Profine Food Stores reserves the right to make changes on its website without giving notice. We will endeavour to correct any information and pricing as soon as we are notified.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any claims or damages arising out of any termination or suspension or any other actions taken by us in connection therewith.
If applicable law requires us to provide notice of termination or cancellation, we may give prior or subsequent notice by posting it on the Service or by sending a communication to any address (email or otherwise) that we have for you in our records.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT
We are open for business 24/7 when ordering online. We also employ a staff of customer service representatives who are available to answer your questions and assist you with orders Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 7:30 pm, excluding national holidays.
You must ensure your account details are kept up to date. Any changes to your details must be updated through our website or you can contact our customer service team to update any personal details. Any error in delivery or through transactions occurring due to incorrect details supplied will not be our responsibility.
Profine Food Stores considers registration information private, the safekeeping of your username and password are your responsibility. We are not liable for any unauthorised use of your username and password.
Changes to your order
Should you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us immediately and we will try to rectify or cancel the order if possible.
Courier Delivery Days:
- Monday – Friday
All orders are processed until 12:00pm Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be processed the following business day. If placed after 12pm on a Friday, your order will be treated as if received on the following Monday.
- We do not process or courier orders on Weekends or Public Holidays.
- Orders with a rural destination placed after 12pm on a Thursday will be processed the following Monday.
Low flat rate shipping New Zealand wide…only $3 per order.
For all orders ,Profine Food Stores charges a $3.00 (incl GST) shipping fee. No matter how many items are in your cart!
Shipping to Australia
There is a flat rate of $15.00 (incl GST) for all items shipped to Australia. No matter how many items are in your cart!
